Welcome to "The 45 RPM CLUB."  We decided to create a place where our fans could talk to other fans, share live recordings, photos, and their thoughts.  We also wanted to make a place where we could give something extra back to the people who've supported us through the years, help cut down on scalpers, and make sure real fans get the tickets they want.  It's also a place to get some cool extras every year from us just to say thanks for being there with us through the ride.

Here's what's included:

* Access to buy 45 Fan Club pre-sale tickets for any participating venue where the band will be playing.
* A 45 RPM Fan Club T-Shirt (Choose your size now)
* Exclusive 45 RPM Club only - holiday 7" vinyl   rre
* Sticker pack (45 Club / The Gaslight Anthem)
* Access to Fan Club exclusive merchandise  

In addition to the above listing you will receive a membership card with your membership number in the mail.  Expect this and the T-Shirt and sticker pack to arrive in your post box in 4-6 weeks. You are paying for an annual subscription and will be set up for membership renewal upon your first anniversary date of the 45 RPM Club.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing tickets through the 45 RPM Club pre-sale means you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing tickets from the 45 RPM Club.

ELIGIBILITY

* You must be an active 45 RPM Club member as of the pronounced deadline to be eligible for any current pre-sale opportunity.
* You cannot purchase a new 45 RPM Club membership or renew an expired membership after the pronounce deadline and be eligible for the current pre-sale. Purchasing a membership or renewal will qualify you for future 45 RPM Club tours announced during your membership year.
* One membership per individual only. 
* Memberships are non-refundable. There are no partial refunds, so do not subscribe to the fan club membership if you do not agree with this.

PURCHASING TICKETS

* 45 RPM Club pre-sale tickets will be available online only. No phone, e-mail, or mail orders will be accepted.
* Tickets are sold in pairs only. No single tickets will be sold.
* Members may enter for one pair per show unless otherwise specified in the tour announcement.
* Pre-sale tickets are limited. 45 RPM Club does not guarantee tickets for all eligible members regardless of seniority.
* Pre-sale tickets are purchased through a ticket drawing process and payment is processed through the PayPal site.
* You must use the email address associated with your 45 RPM Club account when entering the drawing otherwise your entry will be considered invalid.
* Ticket prices will vary.
* You may use someone else's credit card to enter the drawing, however only the fan club member may collect the tickets at will call on the day of the show. Unauthorized purchases will not be honored. IMPORTANT: The tickets will be available at the venue ticket window under the MEMBER'S FIRST AND LAST NAME and NOT the name on the credit card. You cannot transfer a 45 RPM Club ticket purchase to any other name besides the name of the registered fan club member whose drawing entry email address matches that of the registered member.
* We do not guarantee tickets to additional shows which could be added after the official tour announcement, but we will generate an opportunity for members to reserve tickets if possible. Information will be posted on our website if and when this happens.
* All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No name transfers. No exceptions. Please do not enter for a show you are not certain you can attend.
* Reselling 45 RPM Club tickets for above face value will result in the revocation of all future ticket privileges.

TICKET DRAWING AND CONFIRMATION

* Entering the drawing more than once for any one show will automatically disqualify you from winning, unless otherwise noted in the tour announcement.
* The email address associated with your PayPal account must match the email address associated with your 45 RPM Club account otherwise your entry will be considered invalid, so ensure you sign-up for the club membership with a valid e-mail address. Please read the tour announcement carefully for further details regarding this.
* All eligible members will be emailed specific pre-sale drawing instructions.
* You will receive a drawing entry confirmation email from the 45 RPM Club immediately after your entry has been accepted.
* After the drawing entry window has closed, 45 RPM Club will begin drawing names using a computerized random selection process. Once all names are selected, we will immediately notify the members who entered that were not selected.  Those that were chosen will receive an invoice from Paypal to make payment for their tickets.
* You will receive a follow-up confirmation email from 45 RPM Club, about one week prior to the first show on the tour, with details of how, when, and where to collect your 45 RPM Club tickets.

SEATING

* Seat location is not revealed until tickets are collected on the day of the show.
* All 45 RPM Club tickets are for reserved seating unless otherwise announced.
* If there is seating, group seating is not an option, but your pair of tickets will be seated together.
* No exchanges. No transfers. Any member found selling their tickets will result in the revocation of all future ticket and membership for the 45 PRM Club.

The 45 RPM Club will make every effort to acquire preferred seating for our members. If you have issues after all the proper protocol is followed, we will do whatever we can to accommodate your requests.   Please be patient with us and we will get it done.

DISTRIBUTION

* Tickets will be distributed at the venue box office on the day of the show only. We will not mail your tickets in advance of the show.
* Tickets are pre-determined so arriving at the box office early will not increase your chances of better seats.
* You must show a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID) to collect your tickets at the box office. No exceptions. It is also helpful, but not necessary, to have your 45 RPM Club member number available for additional verification.
* The 45 RPM Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets must be present to collect the tickets on the day of the show. No exceptions.

The 45 RPM Club reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the club at any point in time.  Again, if you do not agree with any of this, do not join the club.

    Hey guys,
    Great you're doing well and all and I've been with you since day one, but not happy about paying the $25 membership for something that you're not even guaranteed to get. I'm sorry, but some of us can't afford to pay $25 ON TOP OF ticket prices. And seeing as you rarely play the same city twice in one year, that basically about sums it up, seeing as that would be the biggest incentive in joining this club. Really disappointed...

    I was shocked to see $25, in a good way (I was expecting $40-50 just based on other fan clubs I've seen). Great bargain, guys. If you're ever concerned about doing right by your fans, don't be. You guys have been awesome to us. Now, if you would kindly fast forward time to July 24th, that'd be great :-)

    Hey Alan, this is a great value. Don't like it? Don't join. With the vinyl pressings, t-shirt printing, and overhead, this is hardly a money-making proposition for the band at $25 per person. Keep of the good work guys! Some people just can't be pleased.

    The $25 price tag is fair enough, but I really only wanted to join for the ticket presales and I'm kind of disappointed with the way those are being handled, to be honest. Ticket drawings are dumb. Also, being forced into buying pairs of tickets and not even getting to know what seats I've purchased until I show up to the venue is ridiculous.

    Great job with the fan club guys! I like the name, it's cool. The price was great too because I was expecting to pay more, but I'm not all too thrilled with having to buy a pair of tickets. I mean I don't plan on going to the concerts alone, but if I can't find someone to go with, I don't want to be stuck with the extra ticket and take it away from a fan that wants it.

    I do have a question for you guys or anyone that can answer it, but I bought the membership the day it came out and it didn't give us an option of a shirt size then. Will we be emailed at some point, before the shirts come out or are shipped, to pick our size?

    What happens if we want standing tickets for an event ? It says that all tickets are for reserved seating? So can we not get presale standing tickets? This strikes me as silly as the fans really wanna be up the front close to the band. Only allowing for seats to be purchased is not the best way to do it.

    The price would be worth it, but I just want to be able to get a ticket to a show. I often go to shows alone, or in a group of 3. Either way there'd be an extra ticket that I'd have to pay for, or sell. And if I couldn't sell it, it would just be depriving another fan who couldn't get tickets of that seat. One of the major goals of the club seemed to be to prevent those scenarios. I would join if the tickets were handled differently.

    Very easy presale but I noticed that "tickets are not available to be piced up at will-call until doors open". You guys might want to take another page out of the Ten Club book and allow 45RPM members to pick up their tickets early, thus securing a better place in line for GA shows.

    Still don't get this thing. I signed up a week ago and no e-mail with any sort of link or user name. No confirmation saying 'Welcome to the club" or anything like that. There doesn't even seem to be a members area on the band's site.

    I''m growing increasingly sceptical about this club. Ordered over 2 months ago and still nothing.
    Emailed a few times and not much of a response. Told after the first email it was due to be shipped the following week. That was over a month ago!
    Starting to feel very ripped off, which I'm sure wasn't the bands intention when they set this up.
    Not looking too promising for any renewals at this rate!

    The presale is a nice idea but you are not even touring in my town! Whole thing is a rip off.

    stop whinging ffs. the t-shirt is worth $25 alone. on top of that you get a limited edition 7" vinyl, pre-sale ticket availability plus undoubtedly numerous other things over the course of the year. i dont honestly see what your complaining about. good point about the tickets though, as i die hard fan i defo want to stand up at gigs. but come on give the guys a break. theye giving you a massive bargain which lets be honest is hardly going to make them milionaires overnight and yet theres still people whinging. i guess you just cant please some people!!!!

    @ Adrian: The vinyl is not ready yet,brin said at a concert that they hope to get it out by the end of January.

    Concerning the club membership (purchased day one) the thing proofed really worth it,i mean 25$ is nothing ompared to others. Plus you get a shirt,stickers and are able to get your tickets a day ahead of everbody else (in europe these worked great,thanks again guys)
    Plus you americans even had the possibilty to partecipate for free when they played Letterman or when the shot the video for the last single...

    So happy to sign up for this. $25 is only about £18 in current conversation rates so I'd pay that all day. It does seem like the band have got together and just asked the guys at pearl jam to set up there fan club. but That's ok cos that's a superb fan club also. Now hurry up and send my stuff.

I dont blame it on GLA at all cause its not easy touring n tearing it up but look i spent 25 bucks here n all im getting is presale links.....sweet.

    I just signed up. Membership is worth the price for the merch alone. People griping about the prices are deluded and don't have any idea about how much things actually cost. Modern economic realities affect rock bands too and TGA are treating their fans wonderfully with this affordable package.
